On Saturday Abdullah, Damascus Chef, taught us how to make the classic Syrian salad, Fattoush. A crowd of 70 people logged on to watch the livestream from the comfort of their homes. After the demonstration Yijia, a Chinese folk musician treated us to the most amazing dinner music, mixing up traditional songs with her own style.
